The findings of this study noted : The relation between stress and selfefficacy yielded a negative correlation. And the relation between stress and mental health yielded positive relation and the relation between social support, self-esteem and mental health yielded a negative correlation. Thus, the end results of this study depict self-efficacy as significant factor related to stress and stress, social support and self-esteem as significant factors related to mental health.
